Hello!

My name is Alexis Nelson. I have been longarm quilting since May 2023 and was able to work at a local quilt shop, Wimmer's Sewing to receive all kinds of training and experience. When I found out I was pregnant with my first kiddo I purchased a longarm of my very own and began business out of my home Spring 2024. I have taken several prostitcher courses and learn something new every quilt!

Outside of quilting. I teach forensic courses at Utah Valley University and formerly was a forensic scientist at the State of Utah Crime Lab. I miss the forensics world dearly but love teaching students. I love to collect antique cameras and if you visit my home to drop off your quilt you will get a glimpse of several.

I have two cats (Trixie and Pepper) and a sassy cockatiel (Zulu) and will welcome our first child summer 2024.
